The Concept

Most leaders treat support as something they win in a single moment — a pitch, a launch, an election night. The Campaign Mindset treats it as something you campaign for continuously, in every interaction: every meeting, every email, every hallway conversation is a chance to either build support or spend it.
The framework breaks that ongoing work into five disciplines. They apply in sequence when you're starting something new, and they apply in parallel once you're running an organization, a team, or a cause that needs sustained belief to survive.
